1. About this policy

Ejendomsselskabet SS ApS operates ulsece.shop and is the controller of personal data used for our store operations, except where Shopify or another provider acts as an independent controller. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal data when you browse, order, create an account or contact us. It takes priority over general store terms on personal-data matters.

• Contact details, including name, email, telephone, billing and delivery addresses.
• Order and transaction details, including items viewed, added to a cart, purchased, returned or cancelled, order history, payment method and payment confirmation.
• Payment-related information processed by the payment services used for your transaction; COD refund information where needed to repay you.

• Messages and information you provide to customer service.
• Device, browser, network and usage information, such as IP address, identifiers and interactions with the website, including data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

The data involved depends on how you use the store and the applicable features. Do not send full card details or passwords in customer-service messages.

We receive data directly from you; automatically when you use the store; and from Shopify, service providers, business or marketing partners and other third parties where permitted by law.

8. International transfers

We and our providers may process data outside your country of residence.
