1. Who we are and scope
ulsece.shop is operated by Ejendomsselskabet SS ApS, a Danish company, CVR 21121843. These terms apply to use of our store and consumer orders for delivery to Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Portugal, Malaysia, Austria and Germany. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information.
These policies are provided in English. Nothing in them excludes mandatory consumer rights in your country or makes English wording override a mandatory local disclosure or language requirement.
2. Products and orders
Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the product page. Please check the specification, compatibility and order details before submitting an order. Images may vary slightly with screen settings; goods must still match their description and applicable conformity requirements.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order-receipt message acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for that item. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Accepted orders remain subject to the agreed price and your statutory rights.
3. Prices, currency and payment
The applicable order currency, product prices, taxes collected by us and any additional charges payable to us are shown at checkout before you place your order. Standard shipping is free to all ten destinations, with no minimum order value. Where import taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, the arrangements in our Shipping Policy apply. Currency conversion by your payment provider may involve separate charges.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For COD, payment is due to the carrier on delivery; advance payment is not required to accept a COD order. For other offered payment methods, follow the payment instructions shown at checkout. We do not represent an unavailable payment method as accepted.
4. Shipping and risk
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day and transit takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch for all ten destinations, making an estimated total of 6–11 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details and delay handling.
Delivery risk remains with us until you or your designated recipient, other than the carrier, takes physical possession, subject to any legal exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you. A carrier delay does not remove your rights to the remedies provided by law.
5. Returns and statutory guarantees
We offer eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days of delivery and cover approved standard return shipping. EU consumers retain their separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and applicable legal guarantees. Malaysia consumers retain mandatory local rights. See our Return and Refund Policy for procedures, exceptions and refund timing. These rights cannot be restricted by a requirement for an unused product, original packaging or prior approval where the law does not permit such a restriction.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep account access details secure. Do not use the store unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code or interfere with security or operation. We may take proportionate action against misuse, without affecting rights relating to legitimate existing orders.
7. Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content is owned by us or used under permission, as applicable. Third-party brands and marks remain the property of their owners. Their display does not by itself establish endorsement or authorised-dealer status. You may use store information for personal shopping; other uses require permission or a legal basis.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases from this store are transactions with Ejendomsselskabet SS ApS, not Shopify. Third-party websites or services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used and your rights. Using the store does not itself substitute for consent where consent is required for a particular data use.
9. Liability and consumer protections
We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to product conformity, safety, statutory guarantees, withdrawal or other mandatory consumer remedies.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Any mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court in your country is preserved. Contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can seek a resolution; doing so does not prevent you from using available statutory complaint or court procedures.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under an accepted order. The version applicable when your order was placed and mandatory law govern that transaction.
